The UFL would request purchase of Dyson.

Please set rep for system to Green for all FLs and nuetral to ALL others.

Payment can be found on [BANK]_Fantom13 or [Bank]_of_UFL if name change has been completed.

It doesn't work that way anymore. You can take over the Dyson system but the rep will only be set for your clan only. Freelancer reps are not touched. New clans are given their first system for free if it is unowned.
